here in west texas we just find them, i have also been with some guys who had been digging and never found anything and gone the next day and found tons, i also have a friend who live a documented 100 yard to the old butterfeild stage route, when it rans we go over to it and have found jar after jar full of beads, and indian jewelery, and every spring when i plow the garden i find pieces and have found spear heads and grind stones
