I knew a guy who turn an old dairy barn into a living quarters. Sound just like what you're looking at. He turn the bottom into the kitchen/bath and bed rooms. He put all the plumbing and electrical in the gutters and filled with cement. The loft is the game room/living area, TV room, what ever.....even a rope hanging for the kids to swing.

My first recollection of this tractor was when dad allowed my brother and myself to ride on the tractor with him driving. One of us would sit on the left fender (away from the clutch) and other would sit on the gas tank and hold onto the crankcase breather pipe.
