I've got to get a picture for you to show your wife of the farm next to my dads. 40 acres of scrub brush. Lady bought it, so far 440K for the farm, 500K for the barn, 6 bucks a foot for perimeter fence and the same for interior fence spliting into 2 acre paddocks. The kicker is 6 months of work with a 2 D6's, 2 track hoes, 1 scraper pan, a backhoe, and a D4. 10 men on the job with the equip every day. All that for 40 horses.
