I agree, Fix it. I realize that I can't see the total extent of the damage as oldcranguy said just abouit all class C motor homes of that age have a wood framed wall and roof and would be easy to fix. Maybe consider getting a quote to have it fixed at an RV repair shop. If all else fails I would completely gut it and sell the motor, tranny and appliances. The aluminum siding will bring a fair price for scrap. If your not that ambitous sell it whole but it is most certianly worth more than $200.
