Case 410B Utility

My Dad and I just purchased a Case 410B Utility to restore. For the most part the tractor appears to be in really good condition. This is the first Case Tractor we have bought to restore. I have searched the internet and have been able to find very little on the Case 410B. We need a little help understanding the Tractor. It being a Case-O-Matic I'm not sure just how that is suppose to work. When you push in on the clutch it's not disengaging like it should, when changing gears it does some grinding. If someone could help I would appreciate it.
