As of now there is not a big market to be had. A few are replacing hay with corn stalks and corn glutten to feed stockcows. And with corn at 3dollars we will see more of that in our area.Hay ground will turn in to corn and they will bale stalks to feed cattle to get the most out of the land. But in this area the cost of baling is about all you will be able to sell the stalks for cause of the vast amount of stalks around here. By baling the stalks you do lose nutrients for the soil so more fertilizer will have to be bought. I can't see where selling small bales of stalks will be of much value here in Iowa. Just my thoughts Gary
