5.9 to 1 is the compression ratio not to be confused with the compression reading. 135 is good and 90 is ok. I would now do a wet test and see if the readings come up. If they don't you may have leaking valves. If they do , on the lower reading cyls., you might have more wear or sticky rings. At 90 lbs., I guess I wouldn't worry about it unless it's using a fair amount of oil. Remember, it's an old tractor.
