Hi glennster , I looked the site over and it's interesting . The bearings in a windmill have to be poured in place though . That's just the way they were made or at least this one was . There's this thing about having hot molten metal explode out of a improperly prepped piece that has me a little antsy . Any oil or moisture at all and PAIN ! I would like to try it but not without expert guidance within eyesight . I'm not the brash young kid I used to be ! So this is one of those things that IMHO should be left to someone that has experience doing it . Besides I don't have a garage or shop or shed to work in so a lot of things don't get done by me that I'm capable of doing myself . Have a Good New Year ! ...Randy
