Well One thing I can Add.. I Work Where We Manufacture large Electric Mtrs, And test them With HIGH Voltage, and Even Momentarily You CAN Smell the Voltage And Or OZONE... As In the High Voltage Section of TV Sets...(with 35KV or better,)Did TV service Yrs ago. <>So it can be detected by Smell, By Humans,... Now Animals Can't say for sure but probably..
