As in the "Cool Hand Luke" movie, I think what we have is a failure to communicate. Something is wrong with the pricing with and without loader. I would ask exactly how much he wants for the tractor with the loader on it, and how much for the tractor ONLY without the loader on it. In this area in North central Texas, you cannot buy a goo 4020, in the condition you describe for $3900. Tom
