Sam, It is quite repairable if you stay away from anything that has to do with arc weld or epoxy. Epoxy will not stand up to the heat and arc weld contracts so much that it will crack before it is cool, also the thermal cycling will continually add to that problem. You need it on the bench ,a large torch to heat it to a red glow, a smaller torch with which to weld , some bare cast iron rod , and a can of cast iron welding flux. Manifold in the picture and the link was repaired with torch and cast iron rod. george
