Update on Dodge Cummins parts

After checking with the parts sources for a manifold heater relay for a 92 Dodge Cummins, not only does Dodge not offer them anymore, but my parts house checked and there is not one listed available in the US or Canada. Dodge advertises on TV that they are the most reliable trucks on the market, but they don"t offer replacement parts for the many trucks still on the road.
I am pi$$ed big time.
