According to the cheat sheet I have dated July of 1992, KD211F codes out to model 445A as follows. K= 445A, D=Industrial, 2= design stage 2, 1= diesel w/ vertical exhaust, 1= no PTO, F= 4x4 power reverser with torque convertor and synchro's. 445A's were made from 1985 to 1988 so date codes are consistant. 445's were 3 cylinder. Your dealers parts person should have been able to find this decoding info on his PAL parts system.
