There is a gal that makes the most awesome art out of old metal. She has a display at the shows and swap meets at Brooks, OR. I think her shop and gallery are near there. She had a running horse at a meet a couple years ago. It was made out of horse related metals. Bits shoes etc. Bigger than life size . It was awesome!! We bought a bird wind art from her last year when we were there.Made out of shovels and misc metal with a stone for a body and counter weight. She is one talented lady! You might check her out for some inspiration.
