Howdy, Did the fella with an old Case Crossmotor get hold of ya buddy? He was in the store this week askin about where to get parts so I gave him your number since you all have one. He's the fella that brings an old L to the show outfitted with a whistle on the exhaust. The old crossmotor looked pretty good for its age. Have a Merry Christmas feller. God bless. --old fashioned farmer p.s. Got another tractor on the farm. Bought Don Royalty's 720 diesel wide front.

Recollections of a John Deere GP - by Charlie Cook. I grew up on my dad's 280 acre general farm in Western Michigan. Dad's only tractor when I was very young was the old GP. My first recollection of this tractor was when dad allowed my brother and myself to ride on the tractor with him driving. One of us would sit on the left fender (away from the clutch) and other would sit on the gas tank and hold onto the crankcase breather pipe.
