From what I've seen on the news, Magna is to the auto industry, what Wall Mart is to retail only quieter, they also want to assemble cars for one of the big 3. If they do, that will eventually break the union. Don't think it can't be done, when there are billion$ at stake anything can be done. Slowly at first, just like how slowly the taxman has added and increased taxes, licenses, and permits (for just about everything). Almost forgot fines and a 25% tax on the fine, for the victims of crime that can take the victims up to 10 years to collect.
