Got it fixed

I got under it today armed with heater hose ,clamps and a knife I pulled on it and it come off no problem I was lucky it did not fall off The plastic was cracked All I had to do was cut the connector piece off The hose was allready in a loop and went up to the tube end and fit right in I then hose clamped it I decided to do the other one also When I got it off, it was cracked also PLASTIC If wonder why they would make such a thing O well Note to self Anytime I see one on our vehicle Cut it out Thanks for the replies
