Wet sleeves should install with just a good push by hand to get past the o-rings. You shouldn"t have to heat the block or freeze the sleeves, just lube the o-rings with dish soap. Like old says, you need to make sure the top of each sleeve protrudes above the deck of the block. Most manufacturers specify .002"-.006" protrusion, with no more than about .002" variation in the amount each sleeve protrudes. For this reason, it is an exellent idea to test-fit each sleeve to each hole and measure before installing the o-rings, to find the best location for each sleeve.
