Tom staying in Billings a while might be a good choice as I 80 east to Sidney is now closed. I 70 Denver east is closed. I-25 slick with blowing snow and getting worse by the hour.
You can pull up http://www.wyoroad.info/highway/webcameras/webcameras.html for a good look at some areas. Can't see anything much on the Pine Bluffs one.
