I have a 1953 MM UB and 1952 Massey 44. Both exhibited the "slight miss in the exhaust problem" when I got them. Not enough to affect performance but an annoying miss sound in the muffler. On both of my tractors it was ignition timing (I think both were set a little fast). I reset timing on both and the miss was gone. rvirgil Kansas
