I love second chance offers. They always say they will be glad to sell the "item" to me for what my last bid was. My reply: I will gladly pay to you what the "item" was valued at when I made my FIRST bid. As you obviously were the only other bidder and thought you could run me up I am sure you will be happy to close this deal immediately. I never hear from them again.
