Keith West and north of you 40 miles from the pacific ocean it has been a very strange year for weather. We had hardly any rain from late may thur October record rain in november with snow and wind. Now December at this time they are reporting winds of 90 mph at Ocean Shores, and we are five hours from the peak of this blast. Today it rained at over 1 inch per hour for three or four hours.
