Unit - 3j20b 3 = 1993 j = 9th month (September) 20 = 20th day of month b = afternoon shift If the tractor was produced with out a PTO it was built as a custom tractor for a certain use. You would most likely have to start over at the flywheel to add all the pieces to the pto setup. Unless it's really a steal, it's going to be very expensive and lots of work. I'd look for one that's already setup.
