Buzz Saw Blade Speed?

I am reviving our old buzz saw, staked down, belted to a 1946 JD "A". We ran it with a "36 B many years ago, but I cannot remember what kind of speed we ran it. It has a 26" blade, with a tilt table. What RPMs should the blade be running? I use my chainsaw to cut log-lengths, but my carpal tunnel makes running a chainsaw very painful, so the buzz saw will make working wood a bit more enjoyable. And don"t worry about our safety; we have used it a lot, and that spinning blade demands respect and lively attention at all times!
