As a dealer for A&I and other after market parts, I can tell you A&I is better than some others. In perticular Herschel-Adams tractor parts are very poor, but they make the best tillage parts I've found. I have never really had quality issues with A&I. I can say from experience that there return policy and peolple SUCK, and I am somewhat ticked off with them. Not that I plan to loose the dealership. They once told me that they had not received an order, and to resubmit it. They had got it and it got lost on some idiots desk. I ended up with duplicate $500 orders. Long story short, after argueing with them I was a able to get it so I only took $100 loss on shipping.
