had to drop out of school and take a job to help her family. She
said they would go many days on bread with no meat. Their house
was unheated so the 6 siblings all slept together sidways in one
bed for warmth. A glass of water on the bedside would freeze very

She still won't throw a single thing away as they went with nothing
for so long.
