you are 50/50 correct. A lot fot he hard parts are made by the same as the OEM. Now, the tune up and carb parts leave a lot to be desired. The engine rebuild kits are very good, the have name brand pistons, rings, gaskets and bearing. Their lawn and garden belts are very good, I sell a lot of them. They are like everything else in life, if it seems too cheap a price it is probably not a good thing.
