That's about the limit of the 540 PTO shaft just before it twists off. So if you have a surge that takes more torque momentarily you probably will twist off the shaft.

I've not seen any over 22 gpm to mount directly on the PTO shaft. You may have to adapt a bigger gear pump with a coupling and a mounting shelf.
