When you get to acutally building, you will need an actual engineer to sign off on a design for such a thing.

Precast concrete might be the way to go, and you will need the supports if you want to be able to afford it.

Myself, I never liked a tractor/ car on a wood floor anyhow. Spill some fuel or oil drips, and you have a real fire hazard imho.

I've put the hayrack wheels through the floor of the wood haybarn floor enough times, that I'd look real hard at pre-cast....
