I have family in those areas and live in columbus....take 65 south to Indy and then 70 straight across....all highways....I've pulled a trailer on smaler highways and the stop and go kills you on speed and breaks, fuel, etc....
Unless you have a weight problem, then 30 to ft wayne and then 33 is nice to the top of columbus, then around 270 to the south side.
