I agree with "Hard Knocks" below. I'd do what he says. I think GM is making an all out attempt at a come back and by going through channels, they'll take care of you. If this fails, make a sign out of plywood and put it in the bed for all to see: "Don't Buy from Biggers Chevrolet!" That will ge taction.
