Like many other equipment and tool companies - I don't think they make anything. Their stuff comes from all over the world - just like Harbor Freight. Some very high quality, and some Chinese crap. So it depends much on what exactly you are buying. Some things they are priced kind of high, but on some others the pricing is very good. Their product support is very good - I've been buying stuff there for years. I bought a small, 2 stroke-cycle gas-engine water-pump from them a few years ago - a real odd-ball made in Italy. Ended up needing a part - and they actually had it! Also bought a solar-panel from them this spring - it arrived broken, so they sent a second one, it too arrived broken - and they finally just gave it to me - free of charge. I fixed the glass and now use it.
