Ash can be used to replace oak.Ive run ash for door and window trim, cabinet stock and flooring.It is very hard to tell the difference between ash and red oak after they have been sawed for a while.You could buy a small band saw mill and saw it your self.Or hire it sawed and get it under cover.Then find a market.
