That is how I load and unload my crawler and disc on my chevy flat bed. Only thing different is I use two 4X16 X 20 ft. plankes. The cab raises about 3-4 ft loading. and unloading. If I back down easy the truck lowers slowly to the ground. My Dad started doing this when he bought the truck new in 54. I have ben doing this for about 12 years my self. On the truck the disc is supported by the planks, while the tractor is on the truck. Stan
