Wellll...on old cars (all mechanical door/window mechanism) you'd wait until dark, roll the window down, try to open enough of a slit between the glass and the windowsill rubber to see down inside with a drop light, and spray oil on everything that had a pivot point (or just spray at random, hoping you hit the dry part), BUT you CAN'T do that with all the electronics...if you have electronics in the door, try checking some of the Chevy car/pickup/truck site forums for the same problem and suggested fixes.
