A suggestion - If available to you, go to the web e-mail site at your Internet Service Provider using your browser, look in your mailbox and dump all the trash BEFORE you use Outlook Express to download any mail that you actually want. Sure beats downloading all that junk into OE and then sorting it out. Spammers apparently use a database of names and subjects to make their spam look like personal messages to outfox the spam filters that the ISP's use.
