10 years ago I fell and hurt my back. I was diagnosed with a compression fracture of t-12. Surgery was no reccomended. A few years later another doc called it severe arthritis. I am not able to do much and have to be careful of what I do.Fortunatly, I was close enuf to retirement age to get SSD and later a full SS check. I have been threatning accupuncture to see if that would give me some pain relief. I have excercises I am supposed to do daily. Plus I do Tai Chi 3 times a week at the Sr.Center. steveormary
