I would say, sure you can have the item after you pay CASH only Then you can haul away said item.
My experience is CASH only for any item, except houses, I wouldnt even except a cashiers check from anybody anymore for anything unless you know that person ahead of time, like a close relative.
There are thiefs all over, just dont be a victim.
