Mac is cool stuff. But if you have special business software you need, like special ag software - can be difficult or impossible to find. But for just writing letters & doing internet & basic stuff, they are a step ahead. Better machine, less software. Depends what you need to do.... I've bought maybe 10 Dells for myself & other friends, all working pretty good. I got a Toshiba laptop last year as well, works fine. My wife has had 3 Macs, going to get her a new one this weekend. --->Paul
