I dont know what part of the hog,but I know almost all chain restaurants get the food from Sysco Foods and its all been frozen.They are on the stock exchange.I find the best food is not from Sysco.Work near a chain restauant and sooner or later a Sysco Foods truck will pull up.It used to be called Martin-Brower Corp.GOOD RIBS:Try the Lloyds Ribs from a pack in the supermarket.Meat dept but not frozen.The sauce is great.You heat a plastic bag in the microwave.Lots of sauce.Not real heart healthy but real good with a potato.
