1940 or 1949? The '49 blizzard was one on the meanest on record paralyzing the whole midsection of the continent. 'Member that one well! :>( There was also one back in the 1800s too; can't remember the date on that one tho. Actually, never heard of a blizzard of 1940. Allan

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
