changing a seat on a IH 460 utility - HELP

I am trying to replace the seat on my IH 460 utility tractor and having a devil of a time. I can't seem to get anything in the tight space to unscrew the seat...am I going to have to take the underneathe apart???? Somebody please help. Thanks
