Depends on waht your using it for. I used to have an ext cab then when i bought the new trucdk said i was gonna keep it clean didnt carry passengers and didnt need to carry al the stuff around all the time so opted for reg cab. NOw tools flashlights etc get shoved under hte seat and roll everywehre. Dont for the 6 1/2 ft bed in my opionon. If you put a sissy tank (transfer tank(nurse tank)) and/or a toolbox theres no room left after that.
