if you havent rebuilt cylinders before, take it in and have it rebuilt for you. if the parts are no longer available they can machine the cylinder to accept new seals, then if they ever need replacing you can get them locally. i would do the one way cylinder power up only, no need to power down. look for a hydraulic unit for a snow plow, you may need some aditional oil resevoir space with the one way cylinder.
