problem with hauler

Here"s the problem, I signed a contract back on the 9th. of November. We agreed on a price and He had asked to give him 2 weeks. It"s been 19 days and now he"s trying to back out on the deal.
In his contract he states " We keep our word and ask you keep yours!". I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I would pick the tractor up myself but I don"t have the time off to drive 1036 miles 1 way.
Now what?
