Hi Bob
The fuse blows when the tractor is switched on ie the switch is not to the start mode . The on mode would normally give the oil light and charging light on . The Fuel cut off is a normal pull to stop leaver . I will look to see in the circuit diagram if there is an electronic voltage regulator shown . Many thanks James
