720/730 cylinder heads flow more. A three angle valve job, valve blowl blending and port matching will improve any head. Check the part number, there maybe a 720/730 head on there already.
A cam from Robert's Carburator will increase airflow.
More fuel is easy, more air to burn the extra fuel is the tricky part.
I assume this is a rowcrop with tall tires?
