Get the Fleet Phospho Soda (2 of them) and some Dulcolax laxitives (overnight). Both can be had at local pharmacy. Doc asked me if I wanted to watch, twilight or lights out. I told him I did not even want to know he had been there. Same story for past 5 yrs. now and I am clean. They have found polyps on my Sis. Like I told others of the family it because of the family lineage His aka Dad (me), Hers aka Mom(my brother) and theirs (the two of them) (Sis and baby brother).
