I have a 1394 with NO LOADER and I don't think I would take $9K for it. But, I have completely repainted it, installed a new cab kit and an air conditioner. Mine also only has a little over 1100 hours on it. I love it...it is a miser on fuel as well. I saw a 1490 w/near new loader on it for sale here in north Texas for $13,500 with about 2500 hours on it...if that helps any...was advertised on montgomerytractor.com under the 'Used Tractors' link. Hope this helps... Tim
