If there is such a site I haven't found it, nor have I seen a reference to one...the parts catalogs are the easiest to use that I've found, although (just like the truck and tractor reference books) they don't always agree, and all are incomplete. The Nebraska tests are OK if you just want engine maker, but no good if you want engine model(at least as far as the online and published copies I've found)and they're not helpful as to the special arrangements per Old's and jdemaris' posts above. If you get away from over-the-road trucks and most plowing tractors, into industrial and Ag eqpmt, it's a jungle.
